Her birth was the last recorded in the Oldham Parish Church, Oldham, England. John Kenyon(l) gave his son-in-law, John Webster, a tract of land near Beaver River, R. I., on a small rocky stream which flowed through Hillsdale, close by the home of Fannie (Kenyon) James, a dear cousin of Amy C. Kenyon (16257a). Descendants of John and Sarah Webster, of the Web¬ ster name, lived on the farm and in the homestead until about 1880. Amy C. Kenyon remembers one of them, a Sarah Web¬ ster, who sometimes called on Fannie (Kenyon) James. She was not mentioned in the will of her father. In 1716 her father, John Kenyon, deeded land to her husband, John Webster. She may have died early since in 1723 John Webster appears to have been married to a daughter of Captain James Rogers whose estate was settled in Westerly. This James Rogers died in 1719 and in 1723 John Webster took a portion of the estate as the. son-in-law of Captain James Rogers. She possibly had no children.
